WE'VE ALREADY HAD THOSE CONVERSATIONS.

WITH THE VARIANCE THAT WAS GRANTED TO US WITH REGARDS TO THE BUILDING THAT WE WERE LOOKING AT PUTTING ON, WHICH WAS A 40 BY 70 BUILDING FOR EVENTS AND SO FORTH LIKE THAT, WITH THAT, WE DID RECEIVE THE VARIANCE OF 80 FOOT FROM THE SITE AS OPPOSED TO 150 AND 120 FROM THE BACK.
WHICH I LOOKED AT THAT, MIKE, THAT'S FROM THE BACK BECAUSE OF THE RELOCATION.
BUT ANYWAY, THAT WAS APPROVED TOO FOR THAT.
WITH THAT, THE OTHER THING THAT WAS REQUESTED FROM THE HEALTH, THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HELPFUL OR THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ZONING BOARD.
BUT FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, THE OTHER THING WAS THIS; TO MEET WITH THIRD PARTY IN REGARDS TO THE DESIGNATION OF A SEPTIC RESERVE AREA, WHICH WE'VE ALREADY DONE THAT, SO THOSE PLANS WILL BE UPDATED.
AGAIN, WE'RE WAITING TO UPDATE ANY OF THE SITE PLANS AFTER TODAY'S MEETING IF THERE'S ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK OR SO FORTH.
BUT WE'VE ALREADY SPOKEN TO OUR SURVEYORS AND SO FORTH, THEY'RE AWARE OF WHAT'S GOING ON AND THEY'RE READY TO MAKE THOSE CHANGES AND BASICALLY TAKE OR MAKE THOSE CHANGES AND STUFF.

THAT WAS OUR ULTIMATE GOAL; TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES, PROVIDE A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GO, YOU COULD JUST HAVE A DRINK WITH SOMEONE EASILY AND OPERATE THE BAR.
AGAIN, IT'S NOT KEEPING THE MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF TAKING ACROSS THE STATE LINE.

IT ALSO STATES THAT THEY MUST PROVIDE SERVICES ORDINARILY OFFERED BY A BED AND BREAKFAST, HAVE AT LEAST ONE ROOM, NO MORE THAN FIVE ROOMS, EACH WITH SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS, EXCLUDING THE RESIDENT QUARTERS, AND HAVE A KITCHEN FACILITY THAT'S APPROVED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT.
THE LICENSE HOLDER CAN SELL BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR TO A GUEST IF THEIR NAME AND ADDRESS IS ON THE REGISTRY OF THE BED AND BREAKFAST, THE GUEST IS AN OCCUPANT OF THE ROOM, AND THEY'RE AUTHORIZED TO SELL BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR FOR ON PREMISE CONSUMPTION TO A GUEST OF A CATERED EVENT AT THE BED AND BREAKFAST.

I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE THINKING ABOUT THAT AT THE TIME TO DO ANY OFFSITE EVENT CATERING, BUT THIS LICENSE DOES HAVE PROVISIONS IN THERE THAT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO CATER ALCOHOL OFF SITE AS WELL.
DO YOU HAVE ANY ANTICIPATION OF DOING THAT AT THIS TIME?

IT FALLS IN LINE WITH THE SAME REQUIREMENTS WE HAVE FOR RESTAURANTS WHEN THEY CATER AS WELL.
