ACTUALLY, THE 1ST SEPTEMBER 11TH WAS THE STAR DEMOCRAT AND THEN SEPTEMBER 18TH WAS TIMES RECORD AND THE FIRST EXHIBIT IS THE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.

THEN WE HAVE THE STAFF REPORT THEIR APPLICATION, THEIR LLC DOCUMENTS, THE SITE PLAN, THE APPLICANT OF NOTICE AND THE CONSENT TO TRANSFER.

SO MY NAME IS NANCY MINEHAN, AND I STARTED DENTON RESTAURANT GROUP LLC APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AGO WITH MICHAEL MCRAE, WHO OWNED THE BUILDING AT 406 MARTIN STREET AND IT WAS ALWAYS OUR INTENTION TO HIRE A CHEF THAT WOULD BECOME THE OWNER OF THE OPERATION AND THE FIRST CHEF WE HIRED AFTER A YEAR DECIDED NOT TO TAKE THAT ON.

SO FOR THE PAST YEAR, WE HAVE REALLY STRUGGLED TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT PERSON TO DO THAT AND IT'S A STRUGGLE.

BUT WE HAVE MANAGED TO KEEP GOING AND WE WON A LOT OF GREAT AWARDS, YOU KNOW, OUT OF THE GATE, YOU KNOW, PEOPLE KNOW WHO WE ARE.

IT'S A WONDERFUL RESTAURANT, FARM TO TABLE.

WE USE A LOT OF LOCAL PURVEYORS AND KEN ZELLERS, WHO IS ROBIN'S HUSBAND, WHO'S BACK THERE, WILL BE THE EXECUTIVE CHEF AND HE WAS ONE OF THE VERY FIRST PEOPLE I HIRED, AND I LIKED HIM FROM THE GET GO AND BECAUSE OF THE ADVICE FROM OTHERS, I WENT IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION.

BUT WE STAYED IN CONTACT OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS.

SO WE KEPT CIRCLING BACK AND CIRCLING BACK AND THEN THIS TIME I THINK THE TIMING WAS RIGHT AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, AND THEY AGREED TO BASICALLY BUY THE RESTAURANT.

MICK AND I WILL STILL OWN THE PROPERTY, AND THEY'LL HAVE FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL TO TAKE OVER THE PROPERTY AT SOME FUTURE DATE.

BUT THEY ARE BUYING ALL THE ASSETS FROM COMPUTERS TO ALL THE SYSTEMS, CHAIRS, TABLES, EVERYTHING AND SO THEY'RE BUYING ALL THE ASSETS OF THE RESTAURANT AND THEY ARE VERY EXPERIENCED IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY.

THEY'VE WORKED BOTH FRONT OF HOUSE AND BACK OF HOUSE AND KEN WAS JUST THIS WEEK NAMED THE TOP CHEF FOR THE CAPITAL GAZETTE IN ALL OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY AND ANNAPOLIS AND SO WE ARE THRILLED TO REALLY HAVE HIM HERE TAKING OVER THIS RESTAURANT.

WE'RE VERY EXCITED. SO THAT'S THE PLAN.

IF IT'S APPROVED TODAY, WE GET A 30 DAY, 30 DAYS, 30 DAYS.
