ALL TOLD, ECONOMIC BENEFITS BETWEEN CUSTOMER ELECTRIC SAVINGS AND PAYMENTS TO THE COUNTY WERE ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT $7 MILLION OVER THE LIFETIME OF THE PROJECT. CAN YOU TELL US WHAT THE LIFETIME OF THE PROJECT IS LIKE? I WAS GOING TO SAY, IS IT 30? IT SEEMS LIKE 30.

IT WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES IN SIZE AND DESIGNED TO OUTPUT TWO MEGAWATTS OF ELECTRIC ENERGY.
WE ARE PLANNING TO SCREEN THE PROJECT WITH 25 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFERS.

ONE ALONG CLARK CANYON HOUSE ROAD , AND THEN TWO THAT ARE SUPPLEMENTAL BUFFERS ALONG THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S FULLY SCREENED, THERE IS EXISTING SCREENING AROUND THE PROPERTY FROM THE NORTH TO THE WEST AND IN THE EAST, AS YOU'LL SEE. ALREADY THERE. OKAY. ALSO WORTH MENTIONING WILL BE PLANTING POLLINATOR HABITATS IN AND AROUND THE ARRAY. SO BRINGING BENEFITS TO THE POLLINATOR COMMUNITY AS WELL.
