WE HAVE THREE BROTHERS AS MEMBERS OF THE LLC.

ULTIMATELY THE LLC WILL DISTRIBUTE THOSE PARCELS ONCE THEY'RE PERMITTED TO BE SUBDIVIDED, BOTH THROUGH COUNTY ZONING AND FIRST YEAR APPROVAL.
BEFORE WE GO THROUGH THAT PROCESS THERE'LL BE THOSE PARCELS WILL BE CONVEYED THE 238 ACRE PARCEL TO TEN, 191 ACRE PARCEL TO JEFF.
WE'VE SET THE LINES OF THESE PARCELS SO THAT THEY FOLLOW TWO VALUABLE

ASPECTS TO MAKE THEM CONTINUING TO BE SUSTAINABLE AND PRODUCTIVE AGRICULTURAL AGRICULTURAL TRACTS. WE WANT BOTH OF THESE PARCELS TO SUSTAIN THEMSELVES GOING FORWARD AS VIABLE AGRICULTURAL PARCELS. SO THAT'S THE BACKGROUND OF THE REQUEST.

NO. NONE OF THIS SUBDIVISION IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING RESIDENCES OR TAKING IT OUT OF AGRICULTURAL USE IN ANY WAY.
STATE AGRICULTURE? THAT'S WHAT I WAS.
